Edgars Manager Violates Customer Rights

I purchased a Microsoft Lumia 430 on 26 September 2015. The device was faulty and malfunction. This phone auto reboots on average ten (10) times a day and continued to do so for all six days I had. This phone reboots even when I am in the middle of a phone call and sending emails, which results in a huge loss of business for me. On 02 October 2015, I approached the store and explained my situation and requested a refund so that I can buy a different model of the phone since the Lumia from Edgars was dysfunctional and not serving the purpose it was bought. I return the phone on the 6th day which was still within the guarantee period of purchase.<br> Cellphone manager, Pilly Sebogwane refused to take back the phone and said it is not her problem but Microsoft's. I told her that I will be escalating the matter further to get help, and might consider suing Edgars for damages for selling faulty device which they then refuse to replace because this is gross and intentional violation of my Consumer Rights bestowed upon me by the Consumer Protection Act and the Constitution of the republic. I am liaising with my attorneys for the way forward. Kindly refund me my money and take back your phone
