Edgars Mall of Africa - Cosmetic Manager Nkone - World Class Service!

I raised a complaint earlier in the week (Monday) in regards to double transaction that went through. A lady by the name of Nkone Maringa - Cosmetics Manager at Edgards Mall of Africa gave me a call Tuesday morning to offer their sincere apologies in regards to the way the call was handled and promised to have the matter resolved. Fast forward my bank provided the report showing the transactions that went off. She took it and resolved as promised. It is Thurs and I received a call from her to advise the refund has been authorized and I should come through the store to collect it. During all this process she kept me updated on the progress of the call until the last day. Can we clone this wonderful lady ? ;-) who understands what epitomizes WORLD CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE! It was an absolute PLEASURE interacting with her. THANK YOU Nkone for valuing and appreciating a customer and ensuring that requests are timely resolved.
