Edgars Mall of Africa

I went there to exchange the dress that has a faulty zip,I did not have the slip anymore but it still has a tag on it.I bought it for R250 but they could only do it for R60.What a ******* from such a big company such as Edcon to do such.Malebo was assisting me I wasn't happy with her conclusion she called her senior (Kgomotso )who made no difference in the matter.I am appalled with Edcon policy.
