Edgars Mall @ Reds shop assistants are very rude and disrespectful.

Edgars at Mall at Reds has the worse customer service ever. Today there was no one at the door and when one of their staff eventually came they told to help myself even though I explained that I was there to exchange and did not have till slip. She continues to say they cant help and when I told her I was previously assisted without slip she said she is not sure anymore. When I got to the till, the cashier was very rude and cheeky, she kept asking why did I loose the slip and who exactly lost. It was so embarrassing, I just kept quiet. The 2 ladies continued to shout at customer telling them they are wasting their time.
