EDGARS MALL @CARNIVAL MANAGER REFUSING WITH MY REFUND.

I bought shoes at Edgars and the Manager Celeste refused to give me a refund even after Puma authorized the refund. She took my details and said she will call me back, to this day I'm still waiting. I logged a complain with the customer service at head office and was called twice to check if Celeste has called me back, nothing.
