Edgar's making us join unreliable finrite insurance..

I'm so disappointed and angry at Edgar's no one is taking my phone matter seriously I took my phone to Edgar's Vosloorus Chrishani Crossing for repairs last year before the pandamic and my phone was sent to finrite administrators as my insurance for repairs and its the Edgar's team that made me to take the phone insurance and now the insurance company that they made me take under them is giving me problems and no one is helping.. why is Edgar's working with unreliable insurances and when we encounter a problem no one is helping us I'm tired of wasting money going to Edgar about the same matter is almost a year now will I ever get help should we continue to trust Edgar's insurances?? Do they even care about me wasting money visiting their store now and then for nothing... Can somebody help me from the higher rank of Edgar's..
