Edgars making a buck out of an account that is closing

I asked that my account get closed. I provided info so they can pay me back that i had on credit with them still. Got paid but my account didnt close. I know am getting charged. Finallybthey closing my account but they want money for last 3 to 4 months. I complaint on mails continiously. Phoning them is useless.
