Edgars lost a loyal client

For the last 4 months I have been pleading with Edgars to give me a little payment grace regarding my account. Which was only R1200. I am in the entertainment industry which was hit the hardest through out this lockdown. They have put R500 worth of interest on my account. I have made a payment plan arrangement with them, but no one seems to know anything about that. They have phoned me non stop for 4 months. I have already paid R1400 which I had to borrow from family. And they are still hounding me for the last R300. I am done. I will never shop at Edgars again. I have been loyal client for more than 20 years. But I have had enough.
