Edgars lost a card customer

Bought an eyeliner product on 22nd Nov at Edgars Northgate. Realised on 23rd it was the wrong colour and went to return it. At the Revlon counter Taki said it was ok to swop it & helped me. The teller Rosetta was not sure and checked with her manager Zama who declined the swop as the plastic packaging was torn at the top. I explained it was only then that I realised it. She said 'I should have asked for help' I responded that the lady at the counter was busy doing make up on someone's face'. Zama's response to this was ' You should have waited until she was done'. I told her Taki said it was ok to swop. She called for Taki and admonished her in my presence asking' both of us WHO will now buy the opened product. Her cell rang during our interchange at about 11am & she used vile language to the caller telling her not to 'F' up this time round. She ended the call and returned to her high end attitude. I left the store in disgust. I went to Edgars in Randburg to try there and they didn't have my colour but had more than one eyeliner without plastic covering on sale! I called Valerie at F/ways and she said it can be swopped at the discretion of the manager. Guess who lacks this!
