Edgars losing the plot.....

I have had an Edgars account for more than 25 years. The past few years I did not use it, and the card expired. I went today to Shelly Beach to get a replacement card. I had a credit limit of R 20,000.00 on the card and never missed a payment. In other words, I feel I had a good credit record with them. While filling in the form the lady asked me for 3 months bank statements. Surely this is not needed due to my history with them. I refused and sadly they have lost a good customer ..........Bye.
