Edgars "Life Membership"
<p>Good day. </p> <p> </p> <p>Please note that my wife, closed her Edgar's account last year. While closing it she requested to be refunded for being charged by yourselves for an Edgar's "Life membership" which she had never requested to be part of or be billed for. The consultant who assisted us in store at your Mall of Africa store advised us that the request had been lodged and that we would receive feedback within weeks. </p> <p> </p> <p>To date, many many months later we have not had a response. </p> <p> </p> <p>Please pay back our money together with interest. </p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p>
