Edgar's lies round two disgusting behavior

So the follow up from Edgar's was we will sort it out we will fix this mess. I have been **** to time and time again. There staff and especially tebogo from online has nothing but false promises and lies. I get told there is stock of the watch at Clearwater and I can go collect it on the 28th of Jan. As they are busy with stock take so I must wait two weeks for any action to take place. I then agree and wait for today to go and collect the watch which I have been told is there to be told that there is no watch and there never was. So basically this was a 2 week stall tactic on there part. I have yet to receive any actual fact of when I will receive my watch.

THIS IS DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR ON THERE PART. THE ENTIRE COMPANY IS SPINELESS AND I AM NOW LEFT BITTER BEYOND ANYTHING. I AM MORTIFIED TO THINK WHAT THE NEXT STEP BY THEM WILL BE.

The fact that there is no refund or exchange or anything else offered up with this is disgusting as well. Especially seeing as this watch have never been worn.

Be very careful of buying diesel products through Edgar's.

In fact Do Not buy from either as they have no quality control or respect for there clients.
