Edgars lawyers

Hi Im Silindesihle I had an account in Edgas i failed to pay due finacial problem in2019 they handedover the account to the lawyers, they called me and we arranged how i'm gonna pay the account, then i paid the account but when i apply for a loan the edgars account appears on the system saying that i still have balance of R1600 I've try to pay the account went to edgars asking them to give me the lawyers numbes so that i can contact them for the account number to pay the account they said i don't exist on their system so they can't help me. Please help to have access on how can i pay this account i have a bad name i cant do anything i want clear my name
