Edgars Kuruman is disgusting

I bought a phone at Edgars around 2020 August. Three months later it just froze and went blank. I took it to Edgars Kuruman to be repaired and was assisted by a gentleman called Fannie who offered a very poor service from the beginning. After leaving my phone there I was utterly shocked when I went it to enquire about my phone only to learn that my phone was sitting in the shop after giving me some sob story about some confusion. He then promised to get it couriered to the relevant service provider the following day. To my shock and dismay when I enquired 7 days later my phone was still there. The phone was dropped off at Edgars in November. 3 months later I am still waiting for my phone. He claims they sent the phone to 3G Mobile and still nothing has happened. I feel I could have received my phone in December had it not been for the sloppiness of the consultant at Edgars. I need help. What steps should I take now because I have had to borrow a relative's phone all this time.
