I bought a brand new mobile phone in December 2019 and the phone had complications in January 2020. I took it back to the shop for repairs, they accepted it and send for further inspections.

Upon the return, no one bothered to inform the mobile phone had returned from repairs, no one knew about it because there is no manifest to log deliveries and dispatched devices. No one bothered to account nor did anyone want to own up to what the confusion or lack of order.

Any of the numerous mobile devices could have easily been ****** because no one knew which devices belonged to whom.
