Edgars & Jet Mobile Phone Contract - ****
******* handover of Pre-paid number to contract By Vodacom. This complaint is very straightforward and according to online comments has been ongoing for years. In short - my number now belongs to a company called RMCS because Vodacom gave them my number. RMSC handles cellular packages for Edgars and Jet - I don't have an account for either! Now when trying to do a Sim Swap with RMCS on their customer care number (***) I hold the line for 10 minutes - at my expense, every time. I need a Sim Swap done and in my opinion Edgars, Jet & Vodacom all happily support this ****
