Edgar’s is very ***********

On the 1st of June 2024 I visited the store Edgar’s at greenstone wanting to buy cosmetics I was helped by a lady named Bulelwa , my items costed R637,92 and she then told me about the PayJustNow thing as she explained I was gonna have to pay in 3 months instalments I then got convinced and we proceeded to download the app and register with her help of course cause I didn’t know about it before then , so it happened that I got R500 worth credit so I then decided to only put some of the items which costed R370,98 and pay cash for the rest we did so but instead of the PayJustNow taking the money in instalments it took all of it and when I asked what’s happening she seemed clueless more than anything not willing to help by at least asking her supervisor for help she only said the payment didn’t reflect into her system and it’s gonna bounce back into my account so because I had money I paid using my debit card left the store later on the same day I went back with everything and asked her if there isn’t anything she’s gonna need for the refund she said no , days went by and still my money hasn’t reflected and I went back only to get told to bring the receipt following day I did as told and they said they’ll email my receipt to whoever and I’ll get my money back and still days went without my money reflecting into my account and I kept going back into the store and not getting my money but I was told it might take 14 days to refund I still was patient enough to wait and after 14 days I went back only to find out they never emailed my receipt because I was now chatting to PayJustNow ,today marks 26days of me going up and down into that store and not getting my money but only being told I’ll have to wait 5 more days for the refund and I need my money back
