Edgars is useless don't follow procedure and processes

Pathetic ********* customer service No help with customer service No feedback I made a request 4months ago I didn't take policies with Edgar's insurance they couldn't find any written for verbal agreement and I was billed month on month .they promised to reverse the fees till today nothing I call daily with no help or feedback I get messaged every day I am overdue I didn't use the account in 2 years.i will take them to the ombudsman
