Edgars is unprofessional

I have paid up my account, got the the paid up letter and still Edgars is giving me the run around. Earlier this year Devi did an expose on her show aired on Etv but still my account is still reflecting as active. I have sent emails to the email address given to us by the CEO and still no response. When you call Edgars the consultants hang up or they pretend not to hear you.......I asked Lumka the consultant to CC me in the email that is to be sent to the legal department but still waiting.
