EDGARS IS *********** TO AY THE LEAST

Last year I paid up my Edgars account at Mall of Africa. By mistake I forgot to pay 86 cents. I received no statement until middle of March this year when I got a legal letter to say I owed. R112 and some cents. Queries followed but eventually I paid R113 on 26 March and mistakenly thought that was the end of it. I have requested by telephone, in- store and via email that they cancel my account. They have not done this and I still received advertising from them to say I have money available to spend. Their service and customer care is non existent and worse is the fact that their "outstanding" amount that I PAID, is still ap'pearing on my credit record. They are totally useless and I for one will NEVER set foot inone of their stores.
