Edgars is the worst when comes to updating Credit bureau info

I had an account with Egdars which i paid up last year around July, and i have received a paid up letter from Edgars. Now to my shock Edgars have not updated my details on account at Compuscan Credit Bureau, i have been getting credit decline from the bank for 6 months because of them , prejudicing my ability to obtain shelter. I have been calling without any success and now i am just fed up. Account No: ***1***7

What you are saying is pure lies, because it shows that my account is still open and furthermore there is a balance. All this in should not be there.
