Edgars is the worst, refusing to close my account and give me a paid-up letter

I paid up my Edgars account yet they refuse to close the account and provide me with a paid-up letter. instead, they are spoiling my credit record saying I miss monthly payments on a closed account. I keep calling and sending email and they ignore me.
