Edgars is the worst company im glad youre going away

We paid an account at Checkers and the money didn't reflect. Edgars keeps phoning my mother to say that she hasnt paid. I have sent proof of payment and the card 3 times. To accountsjhb@edcon and to remittance@edcon and i have received no reply and my mother keeps getting calls that she has not paid. She is 68 year old woman in cape town and i am in jhb. She is not going into the store. If she gets infected Edcon will deal with the consequences. I am going to be contacting the CEO and management next.
