Edgars is the worst

I've (MB Wentzel) requested for statements from Edgars. I made three phone calls since February and finally got the statements emailed but lo and behold I have to call back because according to my sanity and memory I've asked for Jan to July 2020 statements. This girl intentionally sent me statements for dates I didn't ask for. Woo this is so exhausting
