Edgar's is ****

I have been a customer with Edgar's since 1993 and I have been a very loyal and good customer customer to them. Edgars sent me statements of R3310,50 to which I don't know about. When I told them to send me a detailed statement of account till now as to how do I owe them that much. Edgars did nothing. I have never never bought any item from them ever since I paid my account off. I have spoken to all the rude consultants multiple times and with no resolution but every single month they are sending me statements with interest upon interest. I need your help I am being bul**** by Edgas. All I want is peace and to close this account. The worst part is that that no one can tell me where that amount comes from. I cannot pay for something I didn't use.
