Edgars is Pathetic
Edgars is pathetic!! I placed an order on the 5th of May and after n month and a week I still haven't received my order!!I had to pay my 1st installment already and didn't even receive my order. I call at least every 2nd or 3rd day and every time they say the same... Backlog.... They say they will phone me back but that also doesn't happen... I'm done with them!!

I am very sorry to hear that you have not been able to get hold of me because I assure you that I am available 24/7 on my phone.
This is the first time I hear about this in 37 days!!! I phone every 2nd day and why didn't anybody inform me about this problem you have? I ordered it online, so how is it possible that something that is available online you can't find it for me or aren't able to give it to me..... I want my order(the items that you have available on my order) delivered before 12 June 2020 16:00h.That will be tomorrow before 16:00.
I never had this kind of service with Ed on and are very disappointed

No wonder you are closing or something,,,whatever you are going through, give me my 7 or 8 products as promised and refund the other money back into my account.You can at least try and keep a good client service.Its now 7 WEEKS!!!!!I am waiting the whole time and nobody comes back to me???
