Edgars is now the worst retail store by far...mmmm wonder why

Terrible service. I have my Edgars account for just over 11 years.Never in my life have i ever been harassed like this as i have Edgars. I actually want to pay off the 2.5k i owe and be done with this account.I constantly get harassed with calls and sms about paying my account,An account i have not Stopped paying even with lock down.What *******.Edgars needs to harass the customers who are NOT paying and not those who do,clearly they do not know if they are coming or going....let alone being called now with a supervisor or manager shouting at the staff while i am on a call with an agent.......shows what type of company they are.......terrible...can't treat the staff well ...us as customers clearly do not mean anything either!
