Edgars is now an issue

Good day Edgars. I am a person that does not get angry veru often and quickly, when I make a mistake I will admit it. Yes i missed 1 payment due to covid. But I payed every cent I owe you. Now I keep on getting an sms saying i owe more and more and more every month. Then i go into the store to find out whats the issue and they cany help me. I need to phone.... Then I phone. But who picks up..... No one!!!!! Before lockdown I was always on time with payment, always paying more then I should. For 16 years I have been faithfull. Since RCS takes aver everything goes to the dogs... Get this right. You can call me... And your system better be up to date.
