EDGARS IS INVOLVING 3RD PARTIES WITHOUT OUR AUTHORITY

I have been having an Edgars account for more than 6 years now and never had any issues with Edgars regarding their service and all that. Few years back I received an sms offering me R55 airtime and 25 SMSes for only R49 being billed on my EDGARS account and I was okay with that and rep**** with a YES thinking that I'm dealing with EDGARS not knowing that a 3rd party is being involved. I have issues with my sim card and when I went to MTN I was told that my number is on contract with some company called RMCS and I have to contact them regarding my number, the last time I checked I received an SMS from Edgars regarding my Edgars account and was never informed that another company is involved in my account. I'm so disappointed with EDGARS allowing other companies to run their businesses through them and not notifying or warning their customers about the 3rd parties involvement in their accounts. This is so wrong, unproffessional and ******* that we have to deal with RMCS/Blue Label Connect regarding our cellphone numbers and any changes that we want to make on our contracts that we thought we took with EDGARS and paid on our EDGARS accounts. I'm even thinking of closing my account because of all this nonsense. EDGARS is going to end up losing their customers because of this RMCS airtime and SMS contracts. I have been trying to do a sim swap since November the 22nd already and not getting joy from this RMCS. I'm paying my EDGARS account every month and as your customer you need to make sure that I'm happy at all times and offer me a good service and also protect me from these unknown or shaddy companies, you need to make sure that you cancel my contract with RMCS and get them to put back my number on prepaid as soon as possible or I will close my account with you and never encourage anyone to deal with you or open any accounts with EDGARS.
