Edgars is hell!

Edgars is starting to mess up my credit score. I closed my account back in August 2020 (with it being fully paid up) and after a back and forth, it was finalised December 2020. When I recently checked my credit score, it says my account with Edgars is still open and on top of that, I owe money which is false. Deeply regret opening an account with this organisation, it is hell.
