EDGARS IS ********* & HAS POOR ACCOUNTING PRACTICE!

I m struggling to close an account that I have overpaid, I suspect that Edgars don't want to reimburse me my overpayment instead they claim it is the amount owed. I've contacted Edgars on several occasions supplying proof in all instances without success. I even cancelled services I've been paying for years but still unsuccessful. I owe them money but there are no purchases done in 5 years!
