Edgars Is ********** ...It’s been 3 years since I closed my account but it’s still accumulating!!!!???

I’m very disappointed on the service I’m getting from #EdgarsSA settled and closed my account in 2018 but it was never zerolised nd closed . They keep hassling nd harassing me with calls . Iv paid it off 3 times nd last week they called nd I keep telling them the same story, of it’s been paid the 3 time now nd paid off but it keeps accumulating ?. Iv been to they store in Greenacres but no help , they call the call centre nd someone will promise to send me a settlement letter via my email but nothing until today. Last week they called again cause I’m busy paying it off the last time cause I have no choice but too it reflects bad on my name and I want to get it over and done with. I honestly don’t know what to do now....I called them, whatsap for the case, but nothing ....Last week sometime they called, I spoke to a supervisor o manager nd these people are working from home, they saw this issue and said I won’t be getting any calls nd iv paid off now must wait for the letter after 21 days o 41 days ??♀️. I really ****ed now cz I just received a call saying I still owe money? I need help me...#Edcon #Edgars # It’s been 3 years now
