Edgars is failing me

I've been with Edgars group for years with no unsolved glitches. However when RCS took over all of a sudden my 3 months payment is not reflecting on their system. September 2020 statement came back with unrealistic amount of installment. I've been calling and emailing Edgars as well as RCS collections with no solution. They keep telling me it's Escalated. Meanwhile their call center is harassing me with threats that I owe Edgars Money. No one has given me a feed back of whether my enquiry is solved but Im getting treatment like I'm working with loan sharks or ****s. I'm so not happy with how RCS is handling their take over
