Edgars is committing *****

Edgars is a money sucking company. My wife had closed her account last year sometime. We spoke to a consultant over the phone and in store. We settled the insurance and edgars account which accounted to R1800. Now we are handed over AGAIN due to non payment to an account which we don't use. The statement shows Vodacom airtime being purchased and so on. This is utterly disgusting that ***** is taking place and Edgars had no recap of ever closing the account. We were told in the beginning that all calls are recorded. I had asked them to listen to the recordings but nothing.
