Edgars is **** and useless

I went to store to close my rcs and edgars acvount and was adviced that i can close my accounts via email. Now i get messages stating i owe money. How does that add up. Are they that useless and is it that difficult to read on my emails that my accounts should have closed and now they harassing me on their fault. I felt sorry when i heard they might close... but now i know why because no one can do there jobs
