Edgars is a rip-off!!!

On the 1st March 2021, I called their contact center and spoke to Lindiwe regarding the cancelation of my Edgars club membership fee. She confirmed that she cancelled my membership and provided me with a reference number (***) for the call however I am still being billed for the membership. When I opened my Edgars account it was a 6 month interest free account, now they are charging me 17.5% interest every month on my account and no communication was received on my side regarding these changes. Not happy with their service at all!!! They are trying to make money off people to try and salvage the business. Not right at all
