Edgars is a *******. Debt Collectors Affiliated to them dont even understand what we supposed to pay for

I settled my Edgars Account in November 2020 and in December 2020 and January 2021 i keep getting calls from agencies requesting to make arrangement to make payments. Payments for what when i have paid up the account. edgars is just ripping us for no reason. I have not taken anything on credit and therefore why is the account balance accumulating?
