Edgars is a bunch of *******!!!!

I settled my account in December and when i contacted Edgars i found out that i still have a balance of about R1700.00. I checked my statement and found out that i have been charged R150.00 for the past 10 Months for Airtime and SMS that they say i subscribed for. I have never received any Airtime or SMSs from Edgars yet i owe about R1700.00. I have been charged for account protection plan that i am not aware of also bathong. I have had this account for over 10 years and i want to close it because they are a bunch of *******.
