Edgars is a bunch of ****mers tiefs

Im a client of Edgars since 2002 and i was never so dissappointed in their ****s of *****ing money from me.. They can phone u to remind you to not forget to pay your account every month, just to find out the busy *****ing money from me.. I realized at the start of this year that i keep on paying every month, but my credit amount do not come down... When i phoned them, I found out that they put a Family Funeral Plan (R48.50) Provider Plan (R40.75) Accident Plan (R45.50) on my account, without my knowledge.. I never spoke to them on a phone or even sign anything to give them permission to add all this to my account I even sent an email to their complaints@iua email, but up until now i did not get a response Edgars is a bunch of *****s I want all my money back, since June 2022
