Edgars is a bad store

Edgars Store Account Section is probably the worst I have dealt with. They get paid before the 1st of the month, their due date, for a little funeral type policy I was foolish enough to take out through them years ago. Although timeously paid every month, they send reminders, even penalising me with interest due to their own inept system when they wiped my account on the 1st of January. My complaint was ignored. They reflect no invoice number, and seemingly have no functioning payment recognition system. They only require my account number as reference for EFT, but cannot trace my regular payment every month - this is a bad firm, we have bought nothing from them in years as even my wife finds no suitable clothing on their shelves.
