Edgars *******ion.

Good day,

I am now extremely angry at Edgars. So on the 8th i went to pay my account, unfortunately that was the only day i could go and pay. So i paid R200 out of the possible R309 but when I receive sms they tell me to pay less but email say R309. I have not received sms to confirm the amount that I needed to pay. Yesterday i got a call from edgars. Telling me i did not pay the full amount and that i need to go pay R330 now. So when you call edgars they cant help you, but they will quickly call you when they need money from you, How pathetic. So not to long ago a received an sms (Payment on your Edgars Sa Account has not been received.R327.07 is now due. Please call) so if i pay that now, well the total would be R527.07

I’m sorry but Edgars is the worst place to open an account, the worst place to go buy and most definitely only know how to ***** people. I’m not happy with Edgars at all. Edgars *******ion!

The person that called me also doesn’t have a great attitude. I wish i could give them 0 stars!! After my account is done, i wil no longer do business with Edgars *******ion.
