Edgar's interest is killing me

Edgars is so disappointing..their interest rate is so ridiculous. I even regret doing business them. I have been honestly paying my account every month since I was with them, but it's like I have not been paying at all because of their ridiculous interest that they can't eve explain to me when I ask them to do so. Just yesterday I was owing R4500 16/11/2020 and I paid a R1000 today 17/11/2020 and my balance is R3900 how did we get here? It is so confusing and so annoying. And they send you SMS and calls and they charge you for that as well. and they can't even give you the satisfying answers. I don't want any phone calls and sms from them anymore. yooh I so wish I had the settlement amount to settle this account and I know I will be done forever with them. This is just ****************
