Edgars insurance...Thank you points not awarded for almost a year
<p>One of the reasons i joined the Edgars insurance was the fact that they promised a reward in the form of Thank U points. The last time I got these points was a year ago (November 2015) and ever since they claimed that the points will be allocated on a monthly basis. I never received any of those monthly points. After countless calls to Joseph and Gabriel at Insurance supermarket still no sign of the points. They told me that Edgars is not responding to them, which doesnt make sense to me.</p> <p>This is false marketting, you lure us into your insurance (of which the service is not that great either) and you just dont deliver on your promises. Is this a ****!!!</p>

Please be advised Edcon account holders do not received Thank U points for any Financial service products as this has never been part of the loyalty programme, in addition you do not have any Financial service products activated on your account.
Kindly note you are an Edgars club classic member and club members received Thank U point every month, as investigation you have been receiving 340 points per month for club.

I have an car insurance cover with "Edgars motor andd household Financiall services", that claims to award Edgards Thank U points on a monthly basis. Refer to the PDF document that you have online.
