<p>I dont ussualy view my statements. Only look at the Instalment amount and pay the account. This month I went thru the statement . I saw that I am paying alot of extra fees on insurances which I am realy mad about as I dont recall ever taking out these insurances . I remember a lady phoning me about the Hospital cash back plan and I declined this and spesificaly told her I only want this account to purchase clothing and nothing else than clothing. Now I see this Hospital cash back plan have been charged on my account every month. I am furius about this. How can this call centre take out plans and insurrances for someone else without their concent and dont you sign documentations that you except this plan? I feel this is totaly ******* and how can I continue buying from a place that does this ?</p>
