Edgars insurance is useless!!!
<p>A few years ago we bought a phone with edgars and also took out the insurance. 2 years ago the phone broke and we claimed and everything went smoothly. Last year they brok einto our car and stole my handbag which had the phone in, we went to Edgars in Silverton Pretoria and submitted all the rellevant documents. The lady said that she will contact us once its approved. No one ever phoned us, a month later we went back to the store to see that it has closed down. The lady has all our paperwork so i have nothing to submit a new claim. Its been over a year and we still have not heard anything! How can i pay for insurance and its useless like this??? I am so disapointed</p>
