Edgars insurance incompetence

Recently I involved in a mugging in Johannesburg on the 28th of January and reported the incident to my insurance the following week so they can sort it out. I got the case number and blocked my number as requested. Then they told me that my IMEI number that I blacklisted is in correct, but that's the IMEI number that is on the box. Vodacom gave me a IMEI that belonged to the phone cause they had the right one but they still said the IMEI number is not blacklisted and now I am being given the runner-up on what's happening with my phone. The IMEI number on 28th box is: ********** ********** 0 and the IMEI number that Vodacom gave me is : ********** ********** 0. Can this please be sorted ASAP cause now I don't have a phone.

We have escalated the complaint to the Edgars West gate mall management to address as our valued customer is not happy that you were only told upon claiming for your lost phone that the IMEI number is incorrect. A reference number for the formal complaint logged on your behalf is as follows ***/GO. We understand all the inconveniences caused and frustrations incurred by the above matter. The store management will look into the matter and revert with feedback accordingly. Should you not receive feedback within 48 hours Kindly contact the Edcon Customer Experience Head Office at ***and quote your reference number.
