Edgars *****ing My Money and Refusing to Refund me

I purchased items from Edgars Mall of Africa on the 8 July 2023 and paid on the day, to my surprise on the 12 July 2023 Edgars accessed my account and debited the same amount which I paid in store. I was asked to submit bank statement and ID so I can receive my refund after 5 working days. Till today I still have not received my refund and the store is giving me excuses and the run around. This is so unprofessional and I do not recommend anyone to purchase items from that store as I am not the first victim of this **** by Edgar's. Edcon is a disappointment.
