Edgar’s *****ing money from my account

My name is Thandi Mabuya, I have an account with Edgar’s. When I opened my account last year, I specifically stated that I do not want to join their club card. However Edgar’s has been *****ing money from my account, I have tried to block them every month but they continue changing codes so they can debit in my account without my authentication. That is theft and I am very disappointed. I am pushing to close their account because I am tired of them *****ing from me.
