Edgars *****ing from their customers

Firstly I have not been able to view my statement since January this year (done on purpose by Edgars), then finally July they gave me a password to use when viewing the attachments. I discovered that they have been R120 for a VIP Club that I didnt agree to, I send an email and Zotha made me listen to the call and there is now where I said they must activate the VIPclub. The guys that called told me they just want to appreciate me as their customer by giving me discounts and voucher and i wont pay anything extra. Im stuggling to pay the account as it, why would I want to add an extra R120? The guys even told me that they will send me a link with all the details so I can decide if I want to join or not. No link was sent to me, Edgars is ripping people off. They are *****ing from the country and must be exposed. Now they are telling me that I must get a lawyer if I want recordings to be sent to my email, ***. So now I must pay legal fees because they dont want to refund my account, this is day light *******
