Edgars inflating customers statements purposefully

Edgars Store inflated my account by adding a purchase that I made long back in September 2019. I went to the store to dispute the transaction and I was told that they will refund me. Now they are moving me from pillar to post each time I call their call Centre to ask about my refund.

Am extremely disappointed with Edgars, I paid the amount in fear of ruining my credit record. What they are doing is ****************. How many customers who do not check their accounts like me they have ******.

Could it be that they are trying to rob the public as they are in financial distress.

Please Edgars I need my refund so that I can close my account with you
